Ingrid, the leading Nordic flexibility and grid-tech company, has been selected as one of the global partner companies for UNESCO World Engineering Day 2026. Through the "Engineering in Action" platform - organised by the World Federation of Engineering Organizations (WFEO) in partnership with UNESCO - Ingrid's partner story "Greening the Grid" is featured alongside companies such as Airbus, Dassault Systèmes, Arcadis and Adani Group.
The recognition is awarded under UN Sustainable Development Goal 7 - affordable and clean energy - and highlights how Ingrid combines grid-scale energy storage, advanced optimisation and market intelligence to create the flexibility that existing power grids need as electrification accelerates across Europe.
